"Not a very clean or organized facility." Overall Score2.0/ 5 First night Checked in at 7:00PM was ready to relax, As soon as we opened the door to our room wall sconce was not working, had to call down and have maintenance fix it, lights on .. beds looked messy, bottom bed skirt was a mess, beds looked half made, curtains look semi hung. Dragged past the floor. Carpet had stains on them and needed vacuumed, two French doors that looked out over parking lot were so filthy there was no sense of looking out, dust all over light between beds. Stains on the ceiling,TV remote not working second call to maintenance for the night, got up next day left for the day, room not made up, no fresh towels, wash clothes ect.. I had to go look for the maid ask her why room was not straightened up, she said for me to call down at front desk and ask for housekeeping, but she did give me fresh towels and one soap and conditioner and shampoo, breakfast on day two was an experience.. pancakes looked good but tasted awful.. whole tray of eggs were runny, potatoes were odd tasting and cold .. coffee was alright,staff not friendly. and a surprise at check out for $10.00 plus for parking in the hotel parking lot that was only1/4 full. Would not recommend, for the price of $150.00 per night. Angie B.
