Cleanliness, staff & service I was disappointed at this hotel, updated but lack of cleanliness. Breakfast was horrible, no options other than eggs and bacon. Not a clean organized breakfast area. Man in charge was rude. blood on the shower curtain and floor (not a ton but it was noticeable). After that pulling the sheet back there was some dirt in the bed as well. So I sent my mom downstairs to see about what we could do. She said the man seemed very annoyed that we were complaining about our room not being clean and asked if we could just deal with it and work around it… I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it which is why I choose this hotel for my buisness trip. The way we were treated because our
room wasn’t fully cleaned before we got to it does not make me want to stay there again. Cleanliness is important in hotels, and I believe staff should understand wanting to sleep in a clean room. That do provide breakfast, but it is not good, the eggs were over cooked with dark brown spots, potatoes were cold both days, the gravy was lumpy. We got there real late because our flight was delayed, it was about 2 AM when we checked in and the guys at the front desk were friendly or helpful. The 2nd night we were there, after the game when we got back to the hotel, it was the same thing the
man at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. When we checked out that Sunday morning, the girl at the front desk (Domoque) was very nice and friendly. Dirty, extremely sticky floors at breakfast and dinning area. Dirty tables, dirty coffee area. Room wasn't clean either dirty sock next to the bed and it was not ours for sure.
