That said, we likely won't return until the construction is finished downtown. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get around with traffic. The valet was given 30-minute notice, still took over 1 hour to retrieve our vehicle. And
perhaps luck of the draw, but it seemed the homeless problem has gotten worse around the Riverwalk. However, room was damp feeling probably from the dish washer being run before we got there. Sadly Key cards were not able to be made. I understand technical issues happen but I don’t think it was worth the amount I paid. During our whole stay. And you have to use key cards to use elevator the pool and all the other amenities. I guess we went to the
wrong side to enter the pool had another guess let us in the pool area. Pool was packed with kids and family’s. I mean excellent security measures having someone take us to our room and unlock it for us I give them that but we had to keep asking desk host to take us to our room and to take us to the pool.
