The pictures online don’t do this property or the rooms justice. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are gorgeous. We had a two bedroom villa when we evacuated for Ian. Some of the amenities were closed so we cannot wait to go back under normal circumstances. The condo had most of what we needed. Enough dishes but short on cooking utensils and basic things like measuring spoons etc. It is pert friendly and lots of nice areas to walk our dogs. The main pool area is so nice and the water park looks great for when we return. The sports bar was open and my fam enjoyed. There were nice shops on site too.

The property is beautiful and well kept, staff is pleasant and willing to help. The only issue is my key stop working the day before i was schedule to left and i had to report to the front desk numerous time for the issue to be resolve and that put a damp on my time cause i was so busy trying to resolve the issue with the card to get asess to my room but other from that the kids add an amazing time

Everyone and everything was Awesome, water park was cool and not expensive at all, it has 7 pools and close together where you could walk , Market was pricey but convenient, love how you could buy the amusement park tickets downstairs very convenient , staff was awesome and the check in process was quick and easy after our delayed flight and time change we just wanted a nice nap and we were in our room in no time , will definitely recommend this resort it was so cool and prices for our stay was good!

The water park was worth every penny. However. Not enough shading. The food at the water park very well prepared, presented and hot. The staff and I mean all them were very cordial and professional. Looking forward to visiting again. 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏

I like the environment and set up of the hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and neat even though is a bit old structure. The only thing that I think they can improve is that if they can offer shuttle service to and from the airport.

we left the room when we came back our door was open no sefty we wanted to go out but couldn’t able to close our room door we put chair to close the door i would never ever recommend anyone to stay that hotel and also they showed different pictures of our room when we booked but they gave us different room we had terrible experience there
