Cleanliness, staff & service The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The front desk person offered to spray the room. It only masked the odor. The front staff were very friendly and nice. night in Jun 2022 Jun 19, 2022 At check-in, the front desk was dark and empty. The bell did not work and I had to tap on the glass with my keys to get someone to come out and check me in. On the surface the room seemed clean, but even though this is a non-smoking facility, it had a smell of stale smokers room. The odors would be removed if the carpet was cleaned (or replaced), the a/c filters
changed and the room painted. When I showered, my feet were black from the carpet. "Breakfast" consisted of juice/coffee, bananas, granola bars and mini-sweet rolls (1"dia)...totally inadequate to be called breakfast. Staff were friendly and responded to a repair request.
