| The staff service was excellent. They assist you friendly in whatever you need. They guided us to get a sim card to be able to be in contact and to be able to use Uber service. The room was clean and comfortable, only the AC does a loud noise when re-starting. So it can wake you up when you are sleeping. Besides that it is really across of the Universal, as in /- 17 minutes you can walk to the Universal. I immediately realized and called the hotel. I was told they would look and call back. I called back again two more times in the next 24 hours with the same response. Nobody ever called me back, not once. Today I went to the hotel and followed up in person , only to find out that they found my clothes immediately after check out and nobody let me know. During the last week, the bag containing my clothes has gone missing and nobody can find it. Im beyond upset as I feel I did everything imaginable to retrieve my items but now im being told they were mishandled and I only found that out because I showed up in person. My trust in this brand is withering as I am now questioning ever staying at a Holiday Inn again. Our check in time was at 3:00 pm, we showed up at 4:30 and our room wasn’t ready. It only took them 10-15 minutes to get it ready so that was appreciated. Then, our shower didn’t work. It either went to burning hot or freezing cold. We called the front desk and asked to get it fixed, they said they would send someone up. We had somewhere to be so we waited 30 minutes and no one came. So we ended up going to our friends hotel down the street and showered there. Came back to our hotel that night and it wasn’t fixed.
