Pros:The hotel is well situated about 2 short blocks from the King Street metro making in accesible to Washington, DC. The hotel is also walking distance to the Alexandria Old Town with many restaurant options. The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The free breakfast was adequate. Also the rooms were modern and well kept. There is an underground self parking lot which tight but the only problem we had was that we had to pull the car out of the space to load the suitcases in the trunk. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Cons:There wasn't anything I didn't like. Liked the closeness to transportation, dining options. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and the amenities were good, though the coffee maker in my room didn’t have the part to use the provided coffee pods to make coffee. The breakfast bar was good, though it was a bit small and cramped when things were busy. The coffee (even after putting a good amount of cream and sugar in it) was nothing more than bean water that I didn’t end up finishing. Overall I would stay here again, but just get coffee down the street.
