Awful Hotel

Without a doubt the worst hotel my family have stayed at. The service is appalling starting with check-in which took over an hour. They served other guests whilst dealing with checking us in. The whole process was unprepared and disorganised. Restaurant service is as equally as poor. Often not getting drinks until nearly completing the meal. The majority of staff care. Crockery was chipped and sometimes dirty. Housekeeping is dreadful. Room was not cleaned until after 5:30pm most nights. We requested a cleaning before 4pm via our TUI rep, this was only achieved for one day. Cleaning, if you can call it that is extremely poor. Four of us stayed in a junior suite and out of 14 days we only had one day where we were left 4 towels. Towels had holes in them and were threadbear. Mini-fridge is never replaced. The toilet cistern's water ran continually and to flush the toilet you had to lift the cistern lid. This was reported over four times before maintenance came. Toilet leaked water continually throughout the whole 2 weeks. Pool light fell out of the pool wall, with electric cable , with a joint held by tape, floating in the pool. When reported to the lifeguard on duty, he shrugged his shoulders said ok and walked off. Hence reported to reception, who initially didn't want to acknowledge the situation until I explained it was extremely dangerous, This was then attended too. Overall this is definitely not a 5 or 4 star hotel that it is being advertised at but more like a 2-star.

Awful and disappointing

TL;DR - just see the pictures Advertised, and priced, as a 5 star hotel, but the quality of the service and facilities below the standard provided by a 3 star hotel. Bedroom was poorly maintained, old and tired. From a broken shower head, broken toilet seat, to a lot of exposed rust, exposed broken glass, exposed electrical wiring, a TV constantly losing signal, bathroom towels with holes. And very poor room wifi reception. Level of cleanliness was extremely poor, superficial and rarely done before 5pm. The quality of the hotel staff was atrocious. Most of the staff ranged from unpleasant to plain awful. And would only serve you appropriately if you were willing to tip. The main hotel buffet restaurant was without AC for 2 days. This made having meals insufferable with temperatures above 30C. The main hotel buffet was often unclean, with old food and cutlery laying on the floor. While the hotel staff walked by, totally undisturbed.
