Getting Started with Zelle

Zelle is currently available through FNB's Online Banking and Mobile Banking. If you already use First National Bank's Online or Mobile Banking, just log in to begin using Zelle. Within Online Banking, simply visit the "Transfers" tab to get started. Within Mobile Banking, Zelle can be accessed within the "Payments" tab. To get started:

Transferring Funds

Online banking makes transferring money easier than ever. You can move money from one account to another or from one bank to another electronically using a variety of transfers.

Move money from one of your FNB accounts to another FNB account

  1. Select "Transfer" under Money Movement Menu
  2. Enter information and submit

Intrabank Transfer

Move money from one of your FNB accounts to another person's FNB accounts

  1. Select "Transfer" under Money Movement Menu
  2. Choose "Manage Accounts" option
  3. Click "+ Add Accounts"
  4. Select "Internal"
  5. Enter information of the account you're wanting to move money to and submit
    • Available only if both parties are on Online Banking.
    • You must be a signer on account to transfer funds out of an account.
    • Business accounts, please contact your local branch for information on this function.
    • Not available in FNB Mobile App.

External Transfer

Move money to/from one of your FNB accounts to/from your account at a different bank; move money from one of your FNB accounts to a different person's account at a different bank; and move money from your account at a different bank to pay your FNB loan.

  1. Select "Transfer" under Money Movement Menu
  2. Choose "Manage Accounts" option
  3. Click "+ Add Accounts"
  4. Select "External"
  5. Enter information of the account you're wanting to move money to/from at a different bank and submit
    • For "Account Relationship," only select the "Owner" option if you own the account that you are transferring money to.
    • By submitting this, you are authorizing us to verify the transfer information you have provided. This is done by processing a small test deposit/withdrawal transactions to the external account within the next few business days.You must confirm those transactions once they are posted to your account using the Manage Accounts screen. Account verification transaction will take 5 to 7 days to complete, after the verification, transfer will take 3 to 4 days to complete.
    • Available for consumer accounts only.
    • Not available in FNB Mobile App.

Can I transfer money from First Convenience Bank to another bank?

Once enrolled in Digital Banking, you may make one-time or recurring transfers at any time to any accounts on which you are a signer or owner. Customers with a personal checking or savings account may make one-time transfers to another First National Bank Texas or First Convenience Bank customer.

How can I transfer money to another bank account instantly?

One of the fastest ways to transfer money between bank accounts is with an ACH debit, provided both accounts are linked. To link accounts and set up a transfer, you'll need to know basic details including your routing number and account number.

How long does it take serve to transfer money between banks?

Generally, a bank-to-bank transfer will take about three business days, depending on where the money is going and what network you are using.
