You are using an out of date browser. It may not display this or other websites correctly. Can we get gif insertion
It doesn't give me the option to get a link that way, I've had to make a new tab on my phone, Google search gif images, long press the pic, click View Image, then copy the link that way and paste it in the image box here. That's annoying lol

Why do my GIFs not work on Facebook? Why can't I post a GIF to Facebook? Ans: Facebook doesn't allow uploading a GIF from your computer or mobile devices directly. Posting GIFs in certain ads or to brand pages is also prohibited. So if you are posting directly from your computer, or trying to post a GIF on a brand page, you might not be successful.
Can I post a GIF on Facebook?Use the GIF button in Facebook's status box
Open the status box in your Facebook profile. Click the GIF icon to search for and select a GIF from the GIF library. Once the GIF is selected, the GIF will attach to your Facebook post.
How do I get GIFs back on Messenger? There is an option to add an animated GIF through Messenger by tapping on the + button and scrolling over to the "GIFs" button on the top menu. From there, you can select from trending GIFs or search for a GIF in the search box as you scroll horizontally.
Where is the GIF button on Facebook? The GIF button is located on the right side of the comment box. On mobile, it's next to the emoji button; on desktop, it's between the photo attachment and sticker buttons.
