question. Question: Hello. After updating to iOS 14.3 on my iPhone XR, the photos from the camera app have been blurry (if i zoom in the photo and then zoom out the blur goes away) but even then they are pixelated. This problem occured after i installed iOS 14.3. Everything was fine on 14.2. I tried closing the camera app and open it again and i also restarted my phone but neither of those steps helped. Also i forgot to mention, if i take photos on the instagram or facebook messenger apps, the photos are fine. The problem only occurs while using the camera app. I really need to fix it cause my camera is literally unusable. Thanks in advance. iPhone XR, iOS 14 Posted on Dec 19, 2020 1:06 PM User profile for user: kostisgk Question: iPhone XR blurry and pixelated photos Hey Fotorians! We would like to highlight one of the features which we are particularly excited about for iOS: the Pixelate Function. This function aims to make your image lose resolution in a stylish way by increasing the individual pixel size in parts of the image. We suggest you use it to blur the items that you don’t want to focus on in the photo and highlight the object of interest that you wish to make stand out. In this way you can create very cool, artsy images Anyways, let’s get started! We can’t wait to show you how fast and easy this function is to use! Step 1Download the new version of iOS Fotor and select the photo you want to edit. In the last option in the main menu, you’ll find the Pixelate function. Step 2Adjust the brush size and pixel. You will see that a circle and a square appears. With the circle, you can adjust the brush size; With the square you choose the size of the pixels. Step 3Use your finger to pixelate parts of the photo you want. Do not worry if you mess up, we offer you an eraser. Now, don’t forget to save and share it! Step 4Having achieved the desired result, be sure to select the “Apply” button. Finally, select the share icon to save the picture and share it with your friends and family. Feel free to share your photos and suggestions on our Facebook page. We are happy to hear your thoughts! 😉 Enjoy! Fotor Team : D

Before you press the trashcan icon and send the photo to a digital grave, experiment with any of a number of third-party iOS apps that might be able to bring your picture into sharper focus. Depending on the amount of blur, you might be able to use a free app to do the job. For major surgery you might want to lay down a few dollars for a more feature-rich app. BeFunkyStep 1Download the BeFunky app in the App Store on your device by typing "BeFunky" into the Search bar, and then pressing "Search."
