  • Garlic Cloves: Five finely minced cloves of garlic.
  • Balsamic Vinegar: This acid helps make the meat tender.
  • Olive Oil: Two tablespoons of this oil.
  • All Purpose Seasoning: Two and half teaspoons, a perfect blend of spices, such as, garlic powder, onion powder etc., link provided.
  • Pork Tenderloins: Two about 1 1/4 pounds each.

How to Make Pork Tenderloin Balsamic Glaze

STEP 1: PREP TIME

First, whisk together garlic, balsamic vinegar, seasoning and olive oil in a small bowl. Rub the paste all over pork loin. Marinate the pork for at least 30 minutes to overnight in a zip top bag.

STEP 2: GRILL

Next, sear the tenderloins on all sides, then grill for about 20-30 minutes, rotating every 10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees on a meat thermometer. Finally, let the tenderloins rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE AHEAD OF TIME

This marinade can be made days in advance and kept in a jar in the refrigerator. Also the the meat can be marinaded up to 24 hours in advance.

While the pork is being marinaded, store in the refrigerator. After the pork has been cooked keep in an airtight container or wrapped in aluminum foil in the fridge for up to three days.
