Jay was the representative who helped me and explained everything step-by-step. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond by installing a cabin air filter I already had. He sought a good price and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend them. I would return, but I live in Missouri and am visiting here now. Valvoline was recommended by my daughter, who does live here.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful! I had a surgery a few days before, so my face was very swollen. My Mother-In-Law was going to be borrowing my car for a trip, so I had to get this done, even though my face was very swollen. Multiple times staff members made me feel comfortable and made me feel better. I was also in and out in about 15 minutes!

The staff was great. They were very friendly. My issue was the pricing. We can't to your shop because I needed an oil change and an inspection for a vehicle. My other normal shop wasn't able to do inspections due to their machine. We tried your shop. Your pricing for pull changes.. it's high. 10-15% higher for same service/ product for shops close by. With an oil change being $80+ at your shop, we probably won't be returning.. just because of cost. I verified with our normal shop we use to confirm the pricing was definitely less. Work on pricing... atleast 1 other customer in the waiting room said the same thing and the verified their previous pricing as well.

It’s a brand new location that just opened. I could tell the manager was still training new staff and in the midst of turning over customers. His efficiency and professionalism was great. He seemed like a long time employee w lots of experience but was also very young. So I was impressed. The place became busy just after I pulled in and the team handled it well.
