Why is my Mazda saying time for a break?While you are focusing on the road, Mazda's Driver Attention Alert (DAA) will remind you to take a break when the system detects signs of fatigue. Very smart, right? Your vehicle can monitor your attentiveness through sensor inputs when driving above 65km per hour for rides longer than 20 minutes.
Why does my car say Time for a break?Drowsiness alert systems display a coffee cup and message on your dashboard to take a driving break if it suspects that you're drowsy. Some systems with audio alerts may verbally tell you that you may be drowsy and should take a break as soon as it's safe to do so.
