Your renewal mailer will indicate whether you'll need to provide a copy of your Michigan No-Fault insurance by mail or at a Secretary of State office when you renew your vehicle.

Proof of valid insurance is also required to register or renew a motorcycle, however, it doesn't need to be a Michigan No-Fault vehicle insurance policy.
