The lobby photos are deceiving because they make the property look newer and more modern than it actually is. The rooms are old and musty. Some things were upgraded. However, our furniture was scratched,
curtains were stained (with what looked like blood) and the bathtub was chipped. The bed was uncomfortable and the walls were thin. There was a dog show going on when we stayed there and you could hear dogs barking through the walls. The resort fee allegedly includes parking. However, there did not appear to be any regulation of the parking lot and therefore it was over crowded. We ended up having to park on the grass together with several other vehicles. Definitely wouldn't stay at this place
again especially given what we paid for a single night. Upon check-in, I was given a room that not only hadn’t been fully cleaned, but had a large ball of hair in the toilet, balled up towels in the bathroom, and smelled like someone had a cologne party five minutes
before I walked in. To be sure, the employees are doing their best, but the property condition itself is deplorable. The rooms have not been updated whatsoever since I would imagine the properties construction, which I would guess in the late 80s. The hot tub was not hot. Virtually none of the gym equipment actually worked. The breakfast buffet, served outside, was lacking. The grounds themselves were well-maintained, but again, rooms have not been renovated in probably 20 years. Parking near building was a disaster. No ice in machines. Had to walk to wawa to get free ice. $80 fee for incidentals was never returned to me. concerning, the motel safety features of a locked second floor hallway are not there. In fact, the girl at the front desk said “just don’t open your door if someone knocks.” Someone did, twice. The second person was a homeless man who asked for money. I was here for 3 nights for a legal conference. I checked out after one night and moved properties. Would never stay again. Expedia though was amazing and helped me leave early! Thank you!
