I prefer Oreo's above all other store bought cookies. However, if given the choice, I would prefer a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie over the Oreo.

One of my interviews for an internship in college had this question: " tell me about a time you were in a leadership position and those under you did not agree with your decisions. Explain the situation and how you resolved it." And 20 year old me was just like "!!???!!"
