They claim to have made a new and innovative formula that blows the other pre-workout products away.

The product contains zero calories, zero sugar, and no creatine. Let’s take a look at the ingredients to find out what this product is all about.

If you want a potent product to enhance your workout intensity, we advise Wrecked by Huge Nutrition. It’s by far the most effective pre-workout we have tried so far.

The Ingredients In Bucked Up

The formulation of ingredients is crucial when it comes to determining the effectiveness of a pre-workout.

In the bucked up pre workout, you’ll find 10 different ingredients, coming down to 9.98 grams per scoop.

So, we’re looking at roughly 10 grams per serving. I would say that’s a little below average compared to the other options on the market.

As someone that has tested many different pre-workout supplements, in my opinion, this is a pretty basic formula.

You have the typical ingredients such as Citrulline Malate, Beta-Alanine, and Caffeine in there.

They’ve also added some other compounds such as Alpha GPC for focus and Himalayan Salt for the pump.

When we look at the entire formula, I would say its pretty decent and should do the job. I personally didn’t find it to be anything special.

If you want to use a solid pre workout, I’d advise checking out Wrecked by Huge Nutrition.

You’ll get double the serving size (20 grams per scoop), meaning better effects, and it’s cheaper.

Is Bucked Up Pre Workout Good?

Our team found the Bucked up pre workout to be average. It didn’t give us the effects we were after.

The serving size is relatively small, and a massive part of it is just Citrulline Malate and Beta-Alanine.

We wouldn’t call it a great product, but it gets the job done.

I experienced a smooth rush of energy but was really lacking that good pump and focus.

Therefore, I found that it’s missing some more stimulants to get you hyped up and pump ingredients.

It’s also expensive – we’ve paid $50 for our bottle of 30 servings. For $45, you can get Wrecked by Huge Nutrition, which contains double the ingredients.

With that said, the taste is pretty good compared to what we’re used, so that is a plus.

Will It Cause Side Effects?

Bucked up doesn’t contain any dangerous ingredients, so it shouldn’t be causing any side effects.

If you’re very sensitive to caffeine, it’s a good idea to start with just half a scoop to assess tolerance.

So those that are sensitive might experience slight nausea or headaches but nothing crazy. Make sure not to take this supplement in the evening, or you can experience issues with sleeping.

And if you have a medical condition, you should discuss usage with your doctor before using this supplement.

Bucked Up Pre Workout FAQ

Is bucked up pre workout worth the price?

In our opinion, it’s too overpriced for what your getting. One serving is a bit short of 10 grams, and you’re paying roughly 50 bucks for a bottle.

In my opinion, there are better alternatives to this product. Feel free to try it out, though, if you don’t care about paying some extra.

How much caffeine does one serving contain?

In one serving (1 scoop), you will find 200mg of Caffeine.

How fast does it start to work?

As with every pre workout supplement, you will start to notice the effects after about 20 to 30 minutes. Personally, I take my PWO on an near empty stomach for optimal effects.

The Final Verdict

The bucked up pre workout is a popular supplement for boosting workout intensity. It contains a moderate amount of ingredients but is quite expensive compared to the alternatives.

We’ve tested many products such as Dark energy and Bucked up, but we found Wrecked to be the most effective for enhancing pump, focus, strength, and energy.

Woke AF is nearly identical to Bucked Up, but with the advanced stimulant ingredients, this formula is more optimized for individuals with a high tolerance. We wouldn't say Woke AF is as stimulant-potent as other pre workouts like Mesomorph or Jack3d, but it is a good option to cycle with.
