All of the red counties would appear in court at the Greenville, MS United States Bankruptcy Courthouse (Washington, Humphreys, Carroll, Leflore, Sunflower, and Bolivar).

All of the white counties would appear in court at the Oxford, MS courthouse (DeSoto, Tunica, Tate, Marshall, Benton, Tippah, Union, Pontotoc, Calhoun, Lafayette, Yalobusha, Tallahatchie, Quitman, and Panola).

All of the blue counties would appear in court at the Aberdeen, MS courthouse (Attala, Grenada, Montgomery, Alcorn, Prentiss, Tishomingo, Itawamba, Lee, Chickasaw, Monroe, Clay, Webster, Choctaw, Oktibbeha, Lowndes, and Winston).
