How often should you clean a Taylor ice cream machine?When it comes to serving the best quality product, your soft serve ice cream machine needs to be in its best condition. This means that you're required to properly clean your machine every 3 days, in order to comply with local health codes.
How do you adjust the viscosity of a Taylor machine?To increase viscosity, or make the product harder, turn the dial clockwise towards maximum. Important: The dial only turns a limited amount if it stops turning do not force it. To decrease the viscosity, or make the product softer, turn the dial counter-clockwise towards minimum.
How do you clean a Taylor Crown ice cream maker?Start by flushing out all the product mix from your machine. Use a cleaning solution mixed with warm water. Turn it to the clean/wash cycle for approximately 5 minutes, then empty it out. Dip a brush in the same cleaning solution, disassemble each component of the machine, and brush them.
