Boasting some of the city’s finest DJs, this buzzing event in the heart of Miami is the place to go for those who want to turn up their celebrations a notch. Food trucks have been there in past events, as well as a range of arts and crafts activities to feel inspired by the art district’s unique ambiance.

St. Augustine Celtic Music and Heritage Festival, St. Augustine

The 7th annual St. Augustine Celtic Music & Heritage Festival is a family-friendly two-day event where you’ll have plenty of opportunities to celebrate Celtic history and culture. Starting on March 10, you’ll find a Celtic Clans and Highland Games showing off ancestral pride with tests of athleticism, paired with a variety of Celtic cuisine, hand-made crafts, and children’s entertainment for spectators. A Whiskey Tasting Event starts off the celebration, while traditional tunes and Celtic rock take the stage from artists around the world. The only St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Northeast Florida, catch four pipes and drums corps march the streets of St. Augustine, coming together to celebrate the locals who came out to help the victims of Hurricane Matthew. Over 1,000 participants and thousands of lads and lasses converge upon the city to witness the sights and sounds of Celtic history.

Hollywood St. Patrick's Day Parade & Festival

The St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival in Downtown Hollywood is held on Sunday, March 12th, 2017. Every year, the City of Hollywood teams up with local vendors to host a free celebration of “all things Irish.” The colorful parade of floats, drum corps, and local marching bands begin on Hollywood Boulevard and Harrison Street between 19th and 21st Avenues. From there, the stage at Hollywood Boulevard and 19th Avenue will offer a buzzing lineup of traditional Irish entertainment, where kids and adults alike can enjoy games and crafts in Downtown’s Anniversary Park. When the little leprechauns get hungry, visitors will find an array of restaurants offering Irish specialties like Corned Beef & Cabbage and Shepard’s Pie.

Mighty St. Patrick's Festival, Disney Springs

Raglan Road’s Mighty Festival in Disney Springs provides an impressive range of authentic Irish entertainment. Here you can catch live performances of traditional Irish music, a troupe of Irish dancers, and plenty of Irish food to keep your palate satisfied for days. You won’t find green beer here, instead, you can celebrate as the Irish do with a wide range of craft beers and cocktails, or purchase Irish-related souvenirs items from a dedicated Irish store. A tradition in Key West and one of the most attended events in the city, the annual St. Patrick’s Day Bar Stroll is in its 39th year started out in 1979 as a race. As the city’s Old Town increased in popularity, they decided to change it to a “stroll”. Held on Saturday, March 18th this year, locals and visitors alike dress up in their favorite St. Patrick’s Day apparel, where Saint Patrick’s and leprechauns fill the streets and join the lively celebration of bar hopping through popular watering holes in the city. With proceeds going to local charities, participants also get a commemorative t-shirt with a unique design that changes every year.
