Beautiful property but i had an appointment at 8:30am called multiple times, banged on the door they have cameras at the doors and the sign said open. Terrible!!... Wouldn¢t fix a thing... Manager was not polite nor professional... Units have really bad problems from mold, plumbing, flooring/foundation issues to bugs... Over charged me with cleaning fees saying I had a three bedroom but only had a two. Also had other stuff on paper work like I put in my notice on may3rd and I out it in beginning of April. Ive been in my new apartment almost a month now and I love it. So if you go here to live just be about your business and go ahead and leave. Some of these people are just foul. But it doesnt matter, me and my kids are way better off now and are happy to be in West little Rock where they not shooting every night, loud talking late at night and people fighting all the time. more ... less ...

So image filling out an application for an apartment in December of last year, turning it in and then calling just for them to say ¢I checked the list and you¢re not on it.¢ I wouldn¢t even recommend filling out an application here not to mention what they did with my social security number and my other important information. more ... less ...

I was afforded the opportunity to speak to one of the nicest people ever. If my memory serves me correctly her name was LaShunda. She was very informative and pleasant. She listened to my needs and desires and also answered all one million of my questions lol. Although this property does not meet my family need at this time I will HIGHLY recommend this property to others! Thank you LaShunda for being such a sweet person to speak to and for listening to all I actually needed to get off my chest that day.
