Hey everyone. Just picked up my 4xE last night. This morning, I drove about 2km on EV mode, and it gave me an error stating: “Electric Mode Temporarily Unavailable - Cabin Heating/cooling.”

Bizarre, but ok.

I tried putting it into EV mode a few times afterward and got the same error.

I’ve scoured the internet trying to find a fix for this issue but it’s all led me to only one thing, a defective battery heater, and that Jeep is hesitant to acknowledge the problem. I’m really not sure how to approach this. Has anyone experienced anything similar? How did you handle it? What was the fix?

For reference, it was -15C (5F) this morning.
