Quality of product is excellent. This product clrans floors better than any other product I have tried. for years. Zep is an excellent brand. The Amazon post led me to believe that this was a clean and shine - it is not. It is a cleaner. Zep sells a polish too. It does not have an odor but it does not do the job as well as I expected from everyone's recommendation. It worked me to a tizzy. To spray each piece and wait then scrape it off, go back over it several times (not an old floor) was just too much. Maybe using an electric scrubber may help, but the price was good and I wanted a back up. Amazon had a good price but the work it took I say not for me. I think Wilsonart Laminate flooring was the best in the world - its not made anymore, so I baby my floors. I asked my cleaners what they were using because the floors were so clean and shiny after they left. This stuff is great. Just be sure to use it with a good microfiber mop. Anything will streak if you don't have a good mop.
