This app has been working on my Galaxy Note 10 plus, then it quit working, then it started working again, now it will not work. I'm getting the same message that every other Xfinity mobile user is getting regarding the app not being compatible and you have to revert to the voicemail app that came with your phone. What is going on? I keep receiving an announcement that it is not compatible with my device, Samsung Galaxy S22. I tried removing and reinstalling, and it worked for awhile, but this last time, I just removed and started using the Samsung voicemail app, which doesn't have as good an interface. Scammed by Xfinity AGAIN!!! The app does not work with my Samsung Z4 Flip. Didn't work with Z3 at first but Xfinity and Samsung worked together to save my voicemail but not this time. Now my saved voicemail are gone. May not seem like a big deal unless messages are from lost loved ones. Shame on you Xfinity! I would have saved the data elsewhere before using Smartswitch if you were only upfront about this issue. And tech support is useless.
