It’s easy to find out what you owe and when it’s due.
Check your balance info in myAT&T
Go to My bill (sign in, if asked). You’ll see the balance and due date for each account linked to your user ID. If you signed up for AutoPay, we’ll show your scheduled payment date.
Don’t see your due date? Select Download bill.
Posting and payment info
- You can see your bill info online 8 to 10 days after your bill period ends. If you don’t see it, check back soon.
- Your bill is usually due around the same time each month. We may charge a late payment fee if you don't pay your full balance by the due date.

We’ll send you a text message with your account balance, due date, and more.
- English: Call *BAL# (*225#).
- Spanish: Call *SAL# (*725#).

Pay online
First time signing in? Use your 4-digit PIN as your password. Then, you’ll create an online password. We may ask you to choose a permanent 4-digit PIN, too.
Use a credit card, debit card, or checking account
Heads up: There’s a $10 minimum payment for debit and credit cards.
- Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account.
- Select Make a Payment.
- Under Credit Card, Debit Card, or Checking Account, select Pay.
- Enter the amount you want to pay and select Continue.
- Follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Use an AT&T PREPAID card
- Sign in to your AT&T PREPAID account.
- Select Make a Payment.
- Scroll to AT&T PREPAID Refill Card and enter the PREPAID PIN from the back of the card.
- Select Continue. You'll see a payment confirmation.
AutoPay
Set up AutoPay so your plan automatically renews. With one of our monthly plans and AutoPay, you can save $5 (for plans less than $50) or $10 (on plans $50 or higher) every month.

Pay by phone
Use our automated phone service
Call 611 from your AT&T PREPAID phone or call 800.901.9878 from another phone.
- At the main menu, say Payment.
- Select Make a payment.
- Choose either debit card, credit card, or refill card.
- Follow the prompts to complete your payment. For a refill card, you'll enter the PREPAID PIN from the back of the card or from the PIN receipt.
Heads up: You can’t make a payment with a checking account when calling 611.
Use Star Services
Dial *888* + PIN number + # (for example, *888*1234567899874#). We’ll confirm that your payment (refill) was applied to your account.
Taxes and other charges
When you make a payment, the taxes are based on your address (when using a credit card, debit card or checking account) or where you bought the refill card or PIN receipt. Your address determines the taxes and any extra charges applied to all payments. Taxes may change without prior notice.
