Do you have margin turned on? Brokerage cash may be margin used, and if you have buying power through margin that would be why you can't withdraw it

Why do I have brokerage cash on Robinhood?

Brokerage cash is a top-line cash total in your investing account. It's the cash amount before stripping out items like unsettled trades and collateral. Not all of your brokerage cash is immediately available for trading or withdrawing.

How do I get rid of brokerage cash?

Once your cash has settled, you can transfer it back to your bank account to address other needs you may have. Leave it alone. If there's a chance you'll need to access the cash and you don't want to take on additional risk, you can leave it as brokerage cash.

Can I withdraw margin cash from Robinhood?

If you've enabled Margin Investing, you can also turn on Margin Withdrawl to use margin for day-to-day spending and withdrawals.
