It's time to register for Online Banking!

You'll need the following information to get started:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Social Security Number
  • Account Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Mobile Phone Number
  • Driver's License or State ID Card Number

If you opened your account in a branch, you will have a purple card with your Account Number written on the back in your opening package.

If you opened your account online, a confirmation page would have been presented with a link containing your Account Number.

If you cannot find your Account Number, please call our Member Contact Center at 800.842.0145 and be prepared to answer security questions and provide your ID.

Adding Accounts

If you have more than one account with us, and you haven't set up all your accounts, you can add a new account at any time. Each account you add must have a unique account number.

 To add another account:

  1. Sign in to American Eagle Outfitters Epay.
  2. On the Make Payment page, click the Do you want to pay a bill for an account that is not listed? Click here to add a new account link at the bottom of the page.
  3. Do either of the following:
    • If we allow you to make payments for more than one type of account, the Select an Account Type page opens. If that happens, select the account you want to add and click Continue.
    • If we don't have American Eagle Outfitters Epay set up to pay more than one type of account, the Account Details page opens.
  4. In Account Nickname, type a brief description of the account. Use a description to distinctly identify each account you add (for example, My Cell Phone, My Home Phone, My Modem Line).
  5. In Account Number, type the unique identifier for the account.
  6. In Confirm Account Number, retype your account number.
  7. In Biller ZIP Code, type the ZIP Code where you currently mail your payment.
    Note: This box only appears if we require this information to validate your account.
  8. Click Add.
    The Make Payments page opens and shows the account you just added.

Adding an Account When You Sign In

If you didn't set up an account when you signed up for American Eagle Outfitters Epay, then you'll be prompted to set up your account each time you sign in. You must set up your account to pay your bill online.

Changing My Account Information

If you need to change the description of your account, you can make your changes on the View/Change Information page.

Note
You cannot change the account number of your account. If you need to change the account number, you must delete the existing account and add a new one with the correct account number. For more information, see Deleting an Account.

  1. Sign in to American Eagle Outfitters Epay.
  2. On the Make Payment page, click View/Change next to the account you want to update.

Making Payments Automatically

We can automatically pay your bills for you after you sign up for American Eagle Outfitters Epay and set up at least one bank account. All you have to do is select the options you want on the View/Change Account page.

 To set up automatic payments:

  1. Sign in to American Eagle Outfitters Epay.
  2. On the Make Payment page, click View/Change next to the account you want to automatically pay.
  3. Click I want to pay this account automatically with the following options:
  4. In Withdraw my payments from this bank account, select the account you want us to withdraw the funds for the payment.
    Note: Your preferred bank account displays first in the list. To set up your preferred payment account, go to the Payment Account page in My Profile.
  5. In Payment Amount, type the regular amount that you want to pay.
    Note: We sometimes have limits established for online payments that can affect the amount we will accept in an automatic payment. If the amount you type is over our payment limit, we will display a message telling you to type a smaller payment amount.
    • Select All payments are the same amount if each automatic payment should be for the regular payment amount.
    • Select The amount of the last payment should be if your last payment is for a different amount, such as the final payment of an installment loan. Then, enter an amount for the final payment.
  6. In Send First Payment On, type the date that you want us to start sending your first payment. Use the calendar icon to select the date on which to send the first payment.
    Note: If you type a payment date that falls on a weekend or holiday, we move the payment date to the previous business day. For example, if you type a payment date that occurs on a Saturday or Sunday, we move the payment date to the previous Friday.
  7. In Payment Frequency, select the frequency that you want to make the payment.
    Note: If any of the payment date frequencies you choose fall on a weekend or holiday, we move the next payment date to the previous business day. For example, if your next payment date occurs on a Saturday or Sunday, we move the next payment date to the previous Friday.
    • Once Every Month Every month on the same date you scheduled for the first payment.
    • Twice Every Month Every month on the same date you scheduled for the first payment. The second payment will be made 15 days after the first payment date. For example, if you schedule the first payment with a payment date of 06/05, the next several payment dates are 6/20, 7/5, 7/20, and 8/5.
    • Every 2 Weeks Every other week on the same day of the week you scheduled for the first payment.
    • Every 4 Weeks Every 28 days from the previous payment date, starting with the first payment date.
    • Every 2 Months Every other month on the same date you scheduled for the first payment.
    • Every 3 Months Every three months on the same date you scheduled for the first payment.
    • Every 6 Months Every six months on the same date you scheduled for the first payment.
    • Every Year Every twelve months on the same date you scheduled for the first payment.
  8. Select the duration for the payment. You can select only one of the three options.
    • I change or cancel this payment schedules the automatic payment indefinitely until you cancel it or change the duration by editing the automatic payment.
      Note: When you select this option, American Eagle Outfitters Epay will send this payment indefinitely. Therefore, when your account is paid off, you will need to cancel the automatic payment, and then go to the Payment Activity page and cancel any payments with a status of Scheduled. Processed payments cannot be canceled. To cancel automatic payments, just select I don't want to automatically pay this account, and then click Save Changes.
    • A total of X payments are sent will schedule the number of payments you enter.
    • Until this date schedules the payments for the frequency you set until the date you enter.
  9. Click Save Changes.

 Caution
After you set up automatic payments, American Eagle Outfitters Epay sends those payments indefinitely. Therefore, when your account is paid off, you will need to cancel the automatic payments, and then go to the Payment Activity page and cancel any payments with a status of Scheduled. Processed payments cannot be canceled.

To cancel automatic payments, just select I don't want to automatically pay this account, and then click Save Changes.

Deleting an Account

When you no longer need or use an account, you can remove it from your personal account list on the Make Payment page.

Before you delete an account, keep the following points in mind:

  • Deleting the account cancels your payment service for that account.
  • We automatically remove the account from your Make Payments page, and you can no longer send us payments for the account. Instead, you must make payments by some other means, such as sending a check.

  To delete an account:

  1. Sign in to American Eagle Outfitters Epay.
  2. On the Make Payment page, find the account you want to delete.
  3. Click View\Change.
  4. Click Delete this account
    The Delete Account Confirmation page opens.
  5. Click Yes to permanently remove the account from your personal account list.
    Note: You can set the account up again in the future if you want to.
