How to add student id to apple wallet

If you own an eligible Apple Mobile Device, you can use the Mobile USF One Card which operates out of your Apple Wallet. Access and transactions all in one place. Simply follow the outlined steps below to set up your Mobile USF One Card:

  1. Upload a photo to One Card Online. Your new photo must adhere to current photo submission guidelines. This may take up to (1) business day to be approved. This step must be completed prior to setting up your Mobile One Card.
  2. Download the GET Mobile App from the App Store to your eligible Apple mobile device and log-in using your myUSF credentials after selecting "University of San Francisco" from the menu.
  3. Once you have logged into the app, click on "Mobile Access" then type "Add Mobile One Card". Follow the instructions in the email verification.
  4. Once this is complete, return to the home page in the GET App, you may now select "Add to Apple Wallet".

Once your card has been added to your Apple wallet, you simply need to hold your device against any reader at your campus to get into buildings, pay for your meals, and more!

Eligible Apple Mobile Devices

Who can use the Mobile One Card?

On iPhone:

  • iPhone SE
  • iPhone 6S
  • iPhone 6s Plus and later running iOS 13 or later

On Apple Watch:

  • Series 3 or later running on WatchOS 6.0 and greater
  • Apple Watch series 1 and 2 running on WatchOS 6.1 and greater

You must have an Apple ID signed into iCloud and the latest version of the CBORD GET app.

As of right now, the Mobile USF One Card is only available for the above listed eligible Apple devices.

Now you can add your Sooner Card to your mobile device and use it anywhere the physical Sooner Card is accepted. Open a door, enjoy a meal or attend an event all with a simple tap of your device.

How to add Sooner Card to your mobile device

  1. Open the App Store or Google Play Store and search for “Transact eAccounts” 
  2. Once downloaded, open and swipe until you see “Get Started”
  3. Search for and select “University of Oklahoma”
  4. Select “Norman Campus” and sign in with your OUNETID (4+4)
  5. Once prompted, authenticate with PingID, or install PingID for the first time and then authenticate
  6. Once logged in you should see a button that says, “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to GPay” – select that and proceed through the last couple steps
  7. You should see a message that says it has been added to Apple Wallet or GPay and you can now close Transact eAccounts and start using your phone in place of your physical Sooner Card

Sooner Card in Apple Wallet

Add your Sooner Card to Apple Wallet on iPhone or Apple Watch and use it anywhere the physical Sooner Card is accepted.  

Here’s what you need:

  • iPhone SE or later
  • Apple Watch Series 1 or later
  • Apple ID signed into iCloud
  • The latest version of iOS and watchOS
  • PingID for two-factor authentication
  • Transact eAccounts for iOS

*You can use your student ID card on up to two devices that are signed into iCloud with the same Apple ID or use an iPhone + Apple Watch at the same time.

Sooner Card in Google Pay

Add your Sooner Card to your Android Device and use it anywhere the physical Sooner Card is accepted.

How to add A-State Access Card to Apple Wallet on the iPhone


1.   Open eAccounts Mobile App on your iPhone
2.   Tap “Continue to Sign In” and login with your A-State credentials
3.   Approve the DUO request
4.   You can now view your account balances and meal plans
5.   To Add your card to Apple Wallet
Depending on what version of eAccounts you are using:

  • New version of eAccounts 2.1.0
    Tap “Add to Apple Wallet” icon to the right of Campus ID
  • Older version of eAccounts
    Tap on the picture icon in the upper left corner to access “Campus ID”
    Tap “Add to Apple Wallet” and select the device if asked

6.   On the “Add Card” screen tap “Next” in the upper right corner
7.   Tap “Agree” on the lower right corner on the Terms and Conditions page
8.   Wait until the notification at the top of the screen verifies your card has been added to the Wallet and tap “Done” in the upper right corner

◦After you have added a device, when you go back to the account and meal plan page, the picture icon in the upper right corner now displays your A-State Access photo
9.   Verify your card is in your Apple Wallet

  • iPhone: If using the new version of eAccounts ⇒ Tap on the dropdown ∇ icon to the right of your name ⇒ Tap “View in Wallet”
    If using an older version of eAccounts  ⇒ Tap “View in Apple Wallet” at bottom of the screen
  • Apple Watch: Open Watch app on your iPhone ⇒ Select Wallet & Apple Pay ⇒ Select A-State Access.
  • Your card in Apple Wallet will default to Express Mode for both iPhone and Watch allowing you to use your card at a reader without a passcode, Touch ID or Face ID.
    • iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus does not support Express Mode and you will need to open the Wallet app, select your A-State Access, and authenticate to use.
    • The recent release of iOS 12.2 for Apple iPhones disables Express Mode.
      To re-enable Express Mode after OS upgrade, open Apple Wallet, select Campus ID card, select the back of card, toggle Express Mode off and then back on. Express Mode should work correctly now.
  • Your card will include your photo, A-State classification of Student, Faculty or Staff.
  • Tapping (…) in the lower right corner of A-State Access in Apple Wallet will display additional information related to your A-State Access, including any additional account balances not displayed on the front.

How to add A-State Access to new iPhone


If you had your A-State Access previously on an iPhone and now have a new one you will need to remove your card from the old iPhone before setting up a new device. Please follow these steps for removing card:

  • On your New iPhone, navigate to Settings and then tap the very top selection (the section with your name) to go into your iCloud Settings.
  • Scroll down to see your devices associated with your iCloud account and select your old iPhone.
  • Scroll down to see the Apple Pay section and you should see “A-State Access Card”. Tap “Remove Card.” This will remove all your cards on your Wallet including your A-State Access.
  • Once the card is removed from your old iPhone, you can log into the eAccounts app on your new iPhone and follow the steps to add the card on your new phone.
  • If you have a new Apple Watch, you can follow the same steps to remove the card from the old watch.

How to add A-State Access to Apple Watch

  • Log into the eAccounts app on your phone and tap the icon that shows your A-State Access photo on the top left of the screen.
  • Tap the “i” icon on the top right of the A-State Access, and tap where it says “Add or Remove Campus ID from Wallet”
  • Select “Add to Apple Watch” and follow the prompts to add the card to the watch. You’ll receive a notification on your watch once the A-State Access is fully installed and ready to use.
