Terms of Employment Offer

Please note the following:

CKM Restaurant Group, Inc., DBA Chick-fil-A at I-35/Ben White Blvd. and Chick-fil-A at South Mopac/US Hwy 290 West (henceforth referred to as “Chick-fil-A”) is prepared to make you an offer for employment for a team member position at one of our franchised locations.

The terms are as follows:

  • The starting wage will be:

    • $16.25 per hour (for full-time/day-time availability)

    • $13.75 - $14.50 per hour (for part-time/night-time availability, depending on work history)

    • $12.00 per hour (for delivery driver only/flex-availability, with a guarantee of $15 per hr during the initial training period)

  • Employment will be considered provisional for the first 2 months, meaning if we feel it is not a good fit, we reserve the right to separate employment with or without cause.

  • A one week written or email, notice of resignation is required for the team member to be considered for rehire eligibility at any Chick-fil-A restaurant. If the one-week notice condition is not satisfied, the wage rate will be forfeited and the rate of pay for the final pay period will be reduced to minimum wage ($7.25).

  • Work availability may not be changed for the first 2 months. Availability changes (excluding time-off requests) must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the effective date of the change. Approvals for availability changes are based on the needs of the business, and will take into consideration the reason for the request (i.e. school, activities, other commitments). Availability changes that cannot be accommodated will not be approved. If these conditions are not met, the following outcomes may occur:

    • The team member’s hours may be significantly reduced

    • The team member may be removed from the schedule

    • The team member may forfeit any bonuses (full or partial), uniform reimbursements, or other conditions as explicitly outlined by the hiring manager or authorized agent.

    • The team member may forfeit their wage rate, resulting in a reduction in wage-rate (including possibly minimum wage) for the remainder of the time employed with Chick-fil-A.
