InstructionsStep 1 Add salt, paprika, onion powder, granulated garlic, chipotle chili powder, and cumin in a small bowl and mix well. Step 2 Apply the spice mixture to both sides of the turkey wings. Add two tablespoons of oil to the instant pot and select the “sauté” function. Step 3 Add the turkey wings to the pot and cook the turkey wings for 2-3 minutes. Remove the turkey wings and set aside for 4-5 minutes. Step 4 Pour the onions into the pot and cook for about 1-2 minutes. Use a wooden spoon to scrape the pot’s bottom. Cook the minced garlic for 20 seconds. Add 1 cup of water and butter to the instant pot along with the turkey wings. Step 5 Click the “cancel” button. Place the lid on top, seal the salve, and cook for about 25 minutes. Pressure will build up in the instant pot over time. After 25 minutes, do a quick release. Release the instant pot’s steam. Remove the turkey wings from the pot. Step 6 Add 3 tbsp of water and 2 tbsp all-purpose flour in a small bowl and mix well. Put the flour mixture into the instant pot and select the saute function. While whisking frequently, let the gravy cook for 7-8 minutes. Once the gravy is nicely thickened, stir in the heavy cream. You are ready to serve!
