FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Do I have to use chicken cutlets?

Chicken cutlets are just thinly sliced chicken breasts. If you cannot find chicken cutlets you can also use chicken breasts cut in half that are pounded out to ¼-inch thick.

How do I know when these are done?

These will be done when the center of the chicken reaches 165 degrees F.

Why do you spray the chicken?

Spraying the chicken helps it brown and crisp up! I highly recommend doing that with anything that you bread and air fry.

What do I serve with this?

This recipe is super versatile so you can serve with a lot of things including green beans, side salad, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, etc. It pretty much works perfectly with any side dish of your choice.

How do I store leftovers?

These can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator where they will keep for up to 3-4 days. They can also be frozen. Place in a freezer container and they will keep for up to 4 months. To defrost, remove to the refrigerator overnight until thawed. You can reheat in the air fryer or microwave until heated through.
