Nice large door shelves on both sides due to No water, which we like, due to loss of space with “any” counter depth. Great Customer service! Responded to both inquiries I had & were helpful. Delivery wa to my garage, but was expected. I had help getting it to my Kitchen & used a my Dolly with 2 rubber wheels. Work on my part was well worth it for the savings. Very Happy with it overall. Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on March 16, 2021 It is beautiful BUT. . .it initially produced a little ice. Shortly (been awhile), it wouldn’t produce ANY ice. Contacted Smad via Amazon. Did not have service provider in America so sent a part for us to install. Not a fix. Contacted two times more, more parts sent to us. Finally a Chinese repair man (he flies all over US for unfixed problems. Said to call him when another part comes in. No answer. Installed ourself. Still didn’t work. It has never worked. Have asked for return of our money and they could pick up. No, they wouldn’t, but sent us a commercial ice maker. This item is terrible, and distributor is ridiculous to contact and deal with. So if u don’t want to put in your own parts, deal with a freezer that doesn’t produce ice and deal with distributors in China, good luck. Very Happy Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 2, 2021 Color: Black You will be amazed at how nice this refrigerator is. First, it has all the amenities of fridges that cost nearly three times as much--fingerprint-proof black stainless steel, counter-depth, handle-less (pull from recessed areas underneath), french doors--everything. Our crappy Samsung always spat out melted ice, so we opted for no ice/water in the door and I'm thrilled with the (literally) top drawer ice maker in this one. It even comes with its own ice scoop! Second, the size is perfect. There are only two of us now and we mostly eat lunch and snacks, so the smallish freezer is fine with us. The fridge part if HUGE though, and has lots of nice-sized drawers and box seats in the doors, giving us plenty of room for fresh foods and jarred "experiments" like dough starters, kombucha, and simple syrups. Third, the company is charming. When we had trouble with the delivery service (which was out of their control, unfortunately), I got the nicest emails reassuring me that they would work things out--and they did! Other than the trouble with delivery we had, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. You will probably have better luck if you are closer to California, but even if you have trouble they will work it out with you. Pleased as punch!
