from Opry Mills Mall. Room was fine, clean. There were no instructions in the room such as tv channels or how to connect to WiFi if they had it. My biggest complaint is that you could not enter with your room card from any of the outside doors. Therefore, if you parked in back you had to walk around to the front to enter. Some employees were smokers and would prop open the back door while smoking and then leave it propped open after they came on. Not secure at all. Stayed
