"Excellent Staff" Overall score5.0/ 5 Staff at this facility were Fantastic! All were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Front Desk Attendants were very friendly at check in. Time was taken to address individual needs, as well as, proving recommendations for site seeing, etc. Also, Great interaction at other times during the stay. Every morning, the 'Hot' breakfast was served personally by friendly, accommodating staff. And although rooms were not attended on a daily basis (due to covid), attendants were readily available and met every need, including newly laundered towels and toiletries. Management was very accommodating in providing meeting facilities (including tabes, chairs and other materials) in addition to video items for group gathering. The only weakness was in regard to Internet access. Although WiFi was available, response was slow and disappointing. Management and Staff made for an enjoyable stay! Ronnie J. "Extremely friendly staff." Overall score5.0/ 5 We recently stayed at this hotel for a 10 day long baseball tournament and loved it. The hotel was always clean and we were provided everything we needed every day. The best part about this location was the staff. Every single employee was extremely friendly and helpful with any request we had. The pool, hot tub and sun deck were great hang out spots. The hotel is also in a great, safe location. The only thing that could've been a little better was the breakfast and coffee. After 12 days the same breakfast menu was a little old. Not a big deal overall because there were plenty of options close by. Highly recommend this location if staying in Branson. Peter C.
