If your battery is not charging and the charger is rapid flashing and the battery is warm, it may be too hot- particularly after heavy or continued use. If so, please allow the battery to cool, then reinsert the battery on charger to try charging again.

How do you remove the battery from a Black and Decker string trimmer?

To remove the battery pack, depress the two buttons on either side of the neck of the string trimmer, just below where the battery attaches. Keeping the buttons depressed, slide the battery pack up until the arrow on the housing lines up with the unlocked arrow symbol on the mating part.
