Why does my Bissell PowerForce lost suction?

A Bissell PowerForce that has lost its suction is likely due to an obstruction in the air pathway. It can be caused by: Clog or damage on the hose. A dirty filter.

Why does my Bissell not have suction?

A possible cause might be that the tank is not properly seated. To assure the tank is seated properly, pick it up and re-seat is so it sits snugly on the unit. If this doesn't fix the problem, make sure the tank is assembled properly. To make sure they are both latched properly, pick the tank up by its handle.

Why is my Bissell PowerForce helix not picking up?

Clogs and dirty filters inhibit your PowerForce from optimal operation; if your vacuum doesn't seem to pick up dirt as well as it should, target these issues. Empty the dirt container and inspect the suction inlets for visible debris, which you can remove by hand.
