First my apology to the people at Alain and all customer reading this review. I hesitated submitting it. I was a bit embarrassed and apprehensive of offending anyone. I had a stem cell transplant 10 years ago to beat my fight with cancer and I won. But chemo therapy drugs ravaged my hair and I lost a lot of it and it thinned. I felt depressed looking at myself in the bathroom mirror. I cried about it. I live in Beverly HIlls CA and one day a friend of mine told me about a LGBT Aids charity auction. I bid and won an Alain. At the time I had no idea what I was buying. When I got home and reviewed their website I almost fainted. The pedigree of Alain wigs is unsurpassed. I am a retired musician I have had long hair since 1963 and now I wear my wig daily and it makes me feel alive again. No one has ever said I am wearing a wig. I could wear my Alain to bed it is so soft and comfortable to wear. You can't put a price on your well being. If the cost is an issue do what I do to make up my mind to buy. I tell myself I will have the wig forever and so it will only cost me pennies a day. So easy to buy after you have that winning conversation with yourself. When mine is ready to retire I am going to reward myself and buy a new Alain.

LITERALLY the best hair in the world

Okay, so before I begin - yes, it’s SUPER expensive! Is that justified? My thoughts:

1 the BEST hair I’ve seen (I have seen almost every wig brand, and hundreds of salon client bio hair)
2 for 16” length finished, this is 20” of donated hair...... and the hair quality is literally just THE BEST!
I understand why the price point is so high, I totally do- this hair is so rare!

I did buy this via my company MiMo Wigs, but the beautiful Jana and Suzanne at Follea really were so helpful and always so kind and beautiful. I have removed the combs & the cap is amazing-
• COMFORT 5/5
• QUALITY 5/5

This is a really special wig, and I am so in love - if you are considering...... it is a huge investment, but it will last such a long time......... and it is something very special!
