The 2011 GMC Acadia uses Dexron ATF for the power steering system. If You are completely flushing and replacing the fluid then You should be able to use any fully synthetic ATF+4 fluid in the power steering system and it will work. It is important that You do not mix different types of fluid together in Your power steering system since it can damage the lines and reduce the effectiveness of it. It also is a good idea to check Your power steering fluid levels every time that You change the oil in Your vehicle. If You notice that You have lost power steering fluid I suggest checking all the lines and fittings to make sure that there are not any obvious leaks.

Any brand of Dexron VI will do. You'll find a good 'how to' writeup about changing power steering fluid elsewhere on the forum. Rbarrios posted one years ago. Hope you know how to use a 'turkey baster.'

There are big differences! GM made the change to Dexron VI in their power steering system sometime before 2013 - for some, it was a retro-change to resolve a whining issue. Use what the manual recommends. That was the factory-fill fluid in your vehicle.

I don't know if I'd trust anything with the label written in French! LOL (and JK) You'll be OK using it, though.
