How do you take Screenshots on laptops?
How do you take a screenshot on a Samsung laptop Windows 11?

To capture a screenshot press and hold the Home key and the Power key simultaneously. The screenshot will be copied to the clipboard and saved to the Screenshots folder in the Gallery app.

Swiping your palm across the screen

You can capture a screenshot by touching the screen with the side of your hand and swiping across from left to right or vice versa. The screenshot will be copied to the clipboard and saved to the Screenshots folder in Gallery.

Enable recognition of the palm swipe gesture

1. From the Home screen touch Apps

2. Touch Settings

3. Touch Motions and gestures

4. Touch Palm swipe to capture.

5. Touch the switch

to turn Capture screen on

Viewing your Screenshots

To open a screenshot immediately after you capture it:

1. Open the Notification Panel by swiping your finger from the top of the screen to the bottom.

2. Touch Screenshot captured.

3. Touch the desired screenshot.

Note: to view your screenshots at any time, from the Home screen touchApps

> Gallery
> Screenshots.

4. When viewing the screenshot the following icons are available at the top of the screen:

Change player: Play your media on a nearby compatible DLNA-enabled device.

Share via: Share the screenshot with Bluetooth, Email, Gmail, Messages or Wi-Fi Direct.

Note: additional sharing options may be available on your device. The options may vary depending on the applications installed and features you have turned on.

Delete: Delete the file.

Camera: Open the Camera application.

Touch More options

for the following options:

Edit: Edit the screenshot.

More info: View information about the screenshot such as the Date, Location, Category, and Tags. Touch

to edit the information. Touch Details to show technical information about the screenshot, such as its size.

Copy to clipboard: Copy the screenshot to the device clipboard for pasting into other applications.

Crop: Crop unwanted areas out of the screenshot.

Rename: Rename the file.

Slideshow: Start a slideshow of the screenshots in the folder.

Set as: Set the screenshot as a Contact photo, Home screen wallpaper, Lock screen wallpaper, Home and lock screens wallpaper, or Google wallpaper.

Print: Print the screenshot to an available printer via a wireless network, Wi-Fi Direct or via a USB connection.

Settings: View and edit Gallery settings. View accounts available for syncing with the Gallery. Select when sync should occur. Turn on Tag buddy or Face tag.

You can delete, edit and share screenshots from the Notification Panel. Touch Screenshot captured with two fingers slightly apart and swipe down to expand and display all options.

How do you take Screenshots on laptops?

To capture the entire screen: Press the Windows logo key + PrntScrn key together. On tablets, press the Windows logo button + the volume down button together. (The screenshot is saved in the Screenshots folder in the Pictures folder.)
