In a shop or any other public place I can ask "¿Cuál es tu horario?" to mean what are the working hours, right?
But I want to ask precisely when they open and when close.
What'll be the proper way to ask this?
And what form of a verb will I use?
"Tu/Usted?"
Or
"They"?
"Se + verb"?

If I'm not wrong you can use:
"¿A qué hora abre?"
to ask for when they open.
And to ask for when they close,
"¿A qué hora cierra".
I'm from Argentina and we use this form to ask these questions!

Alternatively why not ask
¿Cuándo se abre? or ¿Cuándo se cierra?
where the subject is now the thing which is either opening or closing. You could substitute "A qué hora" for "Cuándo" of course.

Well, it could be asked in many different ways (tiny differences, anyway): ¿A qué hora cierras? <-- Person asking is familiar to person asked or maybe a regular in the bar, store, etc... or just depending on how he/she addresses the person asked. I know this maybe is too much information, but at least I hope is the most complete
¿A qué hora cierra? <-- Person asking is asking formally.
¿A qué hora cerráis? <--
Person asking uses plural and familiar tone. Plural is usual when the store, bar, etc. is somewhat bigger than average and familiar tone may depend on addresing person asked or his/her position in the company.
¿A qué hora cierran (ustedes)? <-- Same as above, but addressing person asked with more formality or maybe a person wich is in higher position in the store, bar, etc. This formula can also be used in customer to customer chit-chat, as they ask "what time do they close?",
but this would be: ¿A qué hora cierran (ellos)(aquí)?
¿A qué hora se cierra (aquí)? <-- This is not incorrect at all, but maybe the most unusual formula as it takes the person asked doesn't work in the place or is somehow unrelated.
