File DBPR License ApplicationYou must apply for your Florida broker license with the Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR). 4. Schedule State ExamOnce your DBPR application is approved, you may schedule your state exam. You'll receive an email from Pearson VUE with your FLREAPP number. You may schedule your exam before you have completed the course. 5. Pass End of Course ExamThe end-of-course exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions. You must score at least 70% to pass. Upon passing you will be issued the completion certificate required for your state exam. 6. Pass State ExamThe state exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions.
