I would not recommend Carmax's service department because they are terrible. They try to give me a vehicle that is not comparable to the one I am driving. I am without my vehicle for weeks at a time. They do not communicate my exact problems to the dealership. I bought 2 vehicles from Snzeezanna because she was so wonderful only to discover services after the vehicles are purchased service SUCKS! Especially service from my service writer.

Reliability: With only 5000 miles, I don't have to worry.

Cons

Cabin Noise: The soft-top dealer cannot seem to get it figured out that it does not seal on the right side, there is something wrong with the soft-top latch on the right also.
Reliability: Ford ordered the part (subwoofer) and now they do not have time to install it after 2:30 because I am a teacher and that is the earliest I can get there.
Value: The pricing on top of the issues with service makes me never want to buy from Carmax again!
