I have a CDL and had to provide my birth certificate and proof of residency to PennDOT when I renewed. Does this mean I'm pre-verified for REAL ID? No, federal REAL ID regulations require that you present proof of identity, proof of social security number and proof of PA residency when applying for REAL ID.
