2009 Lexus RX 350 - Excellent small SUVComfortable luxury interior with all the bells and whistles, GPS, satellite radio, heated seats, Bluetooth, dual climate controls. This car's all wheel drive was better in snow than my previous 4-wheel drive. 179K miles and I've only had to replace break pads twice. Never had to resurface rotors like I've always had to do in past vehicles. Only repairs in 179k miles have been regular maintenance, oil changes, etc. And new shocks at 150k. With the seats down in the back the cargo space is excellent. I have hauled bricks for the yard, furniture, camping equipment, dogs, etc. And there was always plenty of room. I have taken this car off-road to get to hidden places on our lake and river. Friends tell me I am the only one they know that will take a Lexus off-road. This car handles just as good as my 4-Runner with the exception of the high clearance. (more) It's comfortable and has all of the luxury items you would want in a vehicle. The cargo space is very very large. It has a very comfortable ride on long distance trips and excellent mpg. It is superior in snowy conditions. You can get service at a Toyota dealership and receive actual Lexus parts at Toyota pricing. The Lexus dealership tends to push maintenance items that are not really necessary based on your mileage and not on actual wear and tear. I only use Lexus during early part of the warranty but switched to Toyota because the service is covered under warranty but is half the price.
