About Our Locations

  • Will any branches close?

There are no plans to close branches, so keep visiting your favorite branch for service from the employees you know and love. To best support the needs of members and communities, we’ll continue reviewing the credit union’s footprint to match demand (just as we always have). We’ll also keep evaluating the need for branch expansion.

  • Are there any changes to branch/Call Center hours?

As of August 1, 2022, legacy CAP COM members will enjoy extended Call Center hours. Call Center business hours for both divisions of Broadview Federal Credit Union will be Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Branches will continue to offer the same hours, and any changes will be shared with you in advance.

  • Can I visit a branch of either organization to do my banking?

Starting August 1, you can perform basic transactions at any Broadview credit union location. Please note that branches will retain the legacy SEFCU and CAP COM signage at this time. You can make deposits, loan payments, and account inquiries. You can withdraw money, take loan advances, and transfer funds between credit union accounts. Plus, you can review a history of your account transactions or obtain a printout by date.

This is just the beginning to the many shared services you will enjoy. It will take several months to fully merge the systems of the two credit unions and we’ll be sure to let you know as new services are available.
