The Date Calculator allows you to calculate when someone was born based on their age and, if applicable, their date of death.

This tool is useful for genealogists, as the birth date is not always recorded on death certificates, tombstones, or graves, even if the age and death date is known. Follow these steps:

1. In the Start Date fields, enter the death date.
2. In the Add/Subtract drop-down, choose Subtract and enter the age at death in the Years, Months, Weeks, and Days fields.
3. Click on Calculate New Date.

Example use: Albert Einstein's birth date based on the age and death date.

The Date Calculator also allows you to calculate what date it will be a number of days after a particular date, which is useful for calculating the timing involved in contracts or planning various events. Follow these steps:
