2. WANNA EXTEND YOUR RINGTONE?
See your options below:

30 Second ringtone: - Dial 3
15 Second ringtone: - Dial 1
05 Second ringtone: - Dial 2

3. VOICEMAIL & MESSABANK
To divert your calls:

Dial *62*101# divert to 101 when unreachable
Dial *62*101# divert to 101 when busy

4. VOICEMAIL & MESSABANK
To divert your calls:

Dial #61# Cancel divert when unanswered
Dial #62# Cancel divert when unreachable
Dial #67# Cancel divert when busy
Dial #002# Cancel MessageBank and enable Message2Txt.

SETUP FOR ANDROID
1. Go to View all applications

2. Tap settings

3. Tap Add Account

4. Select email

5. Enter your log-in details

Received an error message? Contact your email provider, they should be able to help you trouble shoot.

SETUP FOR IOS
1. Open the settings app

2. Scroll down to Mail, Contacts & Calendars

3. Tap Add Account

4. Simply pick your email provider from the list

5. Enter the requested details

If your provider is not listed you’ll need to manually input the server and login details. Your email provider should be able to help you troubleshoot.

Good provider, and the price is great for the services. Been a customer for years. Must say, however, you'd do well to make human contact easier to access in customer care; not providing this leaves the impression you don't care that much. Not all issues are efficiently dealt with via automated multi choice prompts. Otherwise, very good service. Had to drop 1 star, though, for the issue mentioned, which has long been a setback to your otherwise excellence as a service provider.

Boost mobile has changed terribly. My reception is terrible. 35G Fast high speed does not happen. They put apps on my phone using my data. I uninstall these apps and right away they put them back on. I have 4 icons for app stack put on by carrier. I have tried everything to get rid of these crazy apps. The reception and the 35g matter to me. Im done with boost. I will buy a new phone and change carriers at the end of the months. Boost WAS great In past. What hapoened boost?

Bought a brand new phone that supposedly has 5G capabilities and all the odds and ends, but the phone has been running horribly. There's times I cannot even login into apps, and I'll get stuck on some screen and will make sure my phones cleaned up, restart it, I've tried everything and I've NEVER had a phone this bad in my life, and was one of the most expensive phones I've ever personally gotten. There's no reason I should be having this many issues after having it a few months.

How do I check my boost bill?

You can dial #BAL (#225) from your Boost Mobile ® phone to check your account balance and your next payment date.
