 Show 3.0 out of 5 stars Fingerprint doesn't work, can struggle to pull top notifications I peeled a circle sticker off where finger print goes, with and without it, fingerprint scan doesn't work. It's probably the worst problem but it also feels cheap and can't pull down top thing sometimes. Other than that I guess it's okay. It looks great, the stand it comes with will come in handy, looks sturdy. Previously had an S pen holder case but I use the pen less often and it was peeling off, like expensive but felt like good rubber, not as pretty to look at as this but felt more comfortable which this lacks but I can tolerate it maybe if I get the fingerprint working then I'll give this 4 stars. 3 for now, this came with small parts I ignored, can't see how they'll fix the scanner. It's supposed to work according to things here, it's not what I was looking for, or even the screen protector I didn't realize, I thought it was just a cool case with high reviews and cheap.It arrived fast is another good thing, 4 days before expected time. Well that didn't work at all and it just left you with this circle that you were looking at every time that you look at the phone case. Very annoying. I was able to actually very carefully cut that off with a brand new razor. Didn't scratch the underside of the screen protector. Now that I took that fingerprint scanner circle thing off, I don't have to look at a stupid circle every time I'm looking at my phone. If it came like this it would be 5 out of five but because I had to modify it for my own liking and because it doesn't work with or without that circle on it, four out of 5 stars. The specially made screen protector has a thinner section around the finger print reader that (with the help of some adhesive) ensures your fingerprints are readable!!! What if you need to set new finger prints? The best solution I've found is setting your new prints, then testing them without the cover, then applying a super small amount of vaseline to the fingerprint divit of the screen protector. After pressing the protector back into place you create a seal similar in function to the adhesive but without the hassle of keeping the adhesive clean and intact. The seller got me a replacement to door within 24 hours. The customer service is fantastic.
